We show up for each other. For You. For Our Community.

Baird has a long tradition of giving back to the communities where our associates live and work.

At the Roettgers Koshy Wielgus Group, we know wealth is more than money. It's our family, our community connections and the causes we care about.
St. Joan Antida High School

St. Joan Antida High School

We've enjoyed many years of supporting St. Joan Antida High School; a school focused on educating young women in Milwaukee.

Jennifer Roettgers, along with her family, has been a consistent supporter of St. Joan Antida for decades.

Former partner, Sue Bellehumeur, has been involved for many years, including previously serving on the board.

JDRF

JDRF

We were proud to support the WI chapter of JDRF for their annual Gala. JDRF is the world's largest non-profit funder of type 1 diabetes research.

Brian Wielgus has been a long time supporter and previous Board Member.

Baird Gives Back Week

Baird Gives Back Week

Many Baird associates team up during Baird Gives Back Week, an event held annually in the spring, to help with projects such as preparing and serving food, tutoring students, working with seniors, building homes and cleaning parks.

In 2025, our team volunteered at Zachariah's Acres and Feeding America!

Baird's Commitment to Our Community

Community involvement is part of the Baird culture—we are encouraged to maintain a balance between home, community, and work. Baird associates are encouraged to organize and participate in fund-raising events for many causes, including education, health and human services, and the arts.

Since Baird opened its doors in 1919, we have acted on our commitment to give back to the communities we serve.
Each Baird employee is given the opportunity to take up to one paid day each year to volunteer in the community. The program is designed to encourage employees to provide volunteer service to a nonprofit organization of their choice.
